When should I start post-op massages?
Most clients start as early as 7–10 days after surgery, but it depends on your procedure and surgeon’s approval. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Is post-op massage painful?
Not at all. Our certified therapists use gentle lymphatic drainage techniques designed to reduce swelling and discomfort—most clients say it’s actually relaxing.
What happens if I skip post-op massages?
Swelling can linger for weeks, scar tissue (fibrosis) may form, and you could end up with lumps or uneven results. Post-op massage isn’t just a luxury—it’s an essential part of your recovery.
How many sessions will I need?
Every body heals differently, but we typically recommend a package of 6–10 sessions for optimal results. You’ll feel and see a difference after the very first session.
Do I need a doctor’s approval?
